Winter Session 2026 Open Studio Sign-Ups

Book out your Winter Session access studio work time here! All dates and times are subject to change based on availability.

Open studio time must be monitored through a reservation system. All dates and times are subject to change based on classroom and monitor availability. PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE YOU COME IN, in case availability has changed.
If no times are displayed on a date, there are no appointments that day. 

Open studio time is available in one-hour blocks. You may register for individual consecutive one-hour slots to reserve a larger block of time. Only twelve people are allowed to work at the classroom stations at any given time, and only two people in the glaze area at a time. Open studio time is available on a first-come, first served basis and is also available to members doing day use rentals in the same manner.
 
  • Please pre-register to ensure your time slots are available. We cannot guarantee open studio access for unregistered drop-ins.
  • Factor in clean-up time for your reservation, as the end time for your slot will be the time you will be expected to depart. Please allow yourself at least 20 minutes of clean up time for activities such as throwing on the wheel. 
  • If your slot ends at 5pm and there is not another open studio slot starting at 5, please be mindful and punctual with your clean-up so that staff can leave on time at the end of their work day.
  • If you decide not to use your open studio time, please call the office and let us know so we can remove you from the time slot and allow someone else to claim it.
  • If there is high demand for classroom usage, please limit yourself to 5 hours, so others have a chance to utilize the space and complete their work.
  • If you sign up for work time after a class, please do not enter the classroom until the class has dismissed, as to not interrupt, unless you are enrolled in said class.
