3 Days of Prayer for Our Nation

Join us for 3 Days of Continuous Prayer for our nation and election.

At SAF we believe that as the church goes, so goes the nation, and world. In 2 Chronicles 7:14, it says "IF MY PEOPLE, would humble themselves and pray and turn from their wicked ways, I [God] will come and heal their land." We know that contextually, this was for the people of God thousands of years ago, but the heart of God for His people to pray and the impact of our prayer has not changed. We as the body of Christ have a duty to live in holiness and uphold Godliness in the land. We do this by praying always, and in America we have the privilege of voting (making a choice) for the candidates that (to the best of our knowledge) will do this also from the lowest level of government to the highest office in the country. 

As a church we have decided to spend 3 days, through election day, to pray for the future of our country. 

How?
All you have to do is sign up for a one hour block of time and commit to pray during that hour. If you want to sign up for multiple slots you can do that also, as long as you commit to pray and worship the duration of your chosen time frame. 

We believe God does mighty things when His people pray -- One famous theologian said, "Heaven is full of answers to pray no one has ever bothered to ask." May this not be the case with us! Let's pray, knowing that our God hears our prayers of faith and moves on our behalf for His glory!
