If no times are displayed on a date, there are no appointments that day.
Open studio time is available in one-hour blocks. You may register for individual consecutive one-hour slots to reserve a larger block of time. Only twelve people are allowed to work at the classroom stations at any given time, and only two people in the glaze area at a time. Open studio time is available on a first-come, first served basis and is also available to members doing day use rentals in the same manner.
Please use the in-studio calendars to sign up for use of the mixing room or photo loft, for which the day-use fee applies for members.

- Please book ahead to ensure your time slots are available. We cannot guarantee open studio access for unregistered drop-ins, but you can sign up on-site if one of the 12 spaces is available. Use your personal device or ask at the front desk to do so.
- Factor in clean-up time for your reservation, as the end time for your slot will be the time you will be expected to depart. Please allow yourself at least 20 minutes of clean up time for activities such as throwing on the wheel.
- Enter first through the gallery door and let staff know you're here for your open studio/day use appointment, this helps us keep tabs on activity in the classroom.
- If you decide not to use your open studio time, please call the office and let us know so we can remove your sign up and allow someone else to claim it.
- If there is high demand for classroom usage, please limit yourself to 5 hours, so others have a chance to utilize the space and complete their work.
- If you sign up for work time after a class, please do not enter the classroom until the class has dismissed, as to not interrupt, unless you are enrolled in said class.
- Open Studio and Day Use appointments are limited to the classroom studio space.
- During class time, no students or members who are not enrolled are allowed in the classroom space.
