Exciting Opportunity: Boost the Silent Auction for the You Matter Gala!

Dear FRCS Families,

We are thrilled to invite you to be a part of something truly special as we come together as a school community to boost the Silent Auction for the upcoming You Matter Gala! This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while fostering creativity and collaboration with your specific grade.  Each basket created will be assigned to a specific grade level, ECE being it's own group.  You can begin collecting items now but all items must be turned in by March 20th as the basket making committee will start putting them together on March 23-27.  

All items must be turned into your front office personal labeled "Silent Auction and Grade Level" so we can be sure everything is put with it's correct themed basket.

How Can You Get Involved?

We are asking for your help in creating themed auction baskets that will be part of the Silent Auction at the gala. Each basket will have some "wish list" items based on a given theme, but there will also be plenty of room for your creativity to shine as you add personal touches and unique items to make your basket stand out!

What to Expect:

  • Themed Ideas: Below is a list of suggested themes and ideas to help guide your basket creation. 

  • Required Items: Each theme will come with a few specific items that must be included in the basket. These essentials will help ensure that the baskets have a cohesive and appealing feel.

  • Creative Freedom: While there will be required items, we also encourage you to get creative! Feel free to add any additional items that you think will make your basket extra special and enticing for potential bidders. 

Why Get Involved?
By participating, you’ll be directly contributing to the success of our gala and the important work we do at FRCS. The funds raised will support the school’s Timothy Fund, Joan Moxon Memorial Fund (for teachers), and our Fund a Need program for the school. Plus, it’s a wonderful way to connect with other families and contribute to a cause we all care about.

We can’t wait to see the incredible baskets you create! Stay tuned for further details and a list of basket themes that will be sent out soon.
