Join Us as a MercyFest Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at MercyFest 2025 on Saturday, September 27. As our biggest fundraiser of the year, this event is vital to our mission, and we couldn't do it without you.

This year's MercyFest event promises a day packed with family-friendly activities, entertainment, and interactive fun for all ages! From exciting games and delicious food to engaging activities and local vendor booths, there's something for all of our guests.

We need the most help on Saturday, September 27, which is the main day of the event. First, we need to fill the parking attendant slots, and then the other positions. We are also seeking help with setup on September 24, 25, and 26, the days before the event.

As a thank you, we are waiving the admission fee for volunteers working on Saturday, so you can enjoy all the festivities before or after your shift.

Key Information

· Volunteer Registration Deadline: Thursday, September 25

· Volunteer Age Requirements: Volunteers must be at least 16 years old, although some positions have specific age requirements.

· Volunteering Guidelines: Standard House of Mercy guidelines apply to all positions.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must also sign the Minor Agreement Form.
