Come help House of Mercy make this Christmas unforgettable for our families!
We’re excited to announce that our Christmas with Mercy event will take place on Friday, December 12, and Saturday, December 13, in the Administration and Food Pantry spaces at House of Mercy (8154 Flannery Court).
We need your support in the weeks leading up to the event, as well as during the main two-day event! To simplify the volunteer sign-up process, we're using PlanHero for registrations. Follow the link below if you're interested in volunteering, and encourage your friends and family to join us!

PREP WEEK
December 2-4: Tuesday to Thursday - Sorting and Inventory Elves needed.

EVENT DAYS
December 12-13: Friday and Saturday
- We’ll need your help during two the shifts on both days, so if you're free, please sign up and let us know!
Registration to volunteer closes at the end of the day on Friday, December 12.
Volunteers must be 12+. Volunteers age 12–15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
All minors must submit a signed Minor Volunteer Form (see below).

Parking Pilot Elf - Direct the flow of traffic in the parking lot, quickly guiding cars to the correct drop-off, pick-up, or parking zones with clear direction and communication.Spots Full

Shopper Elf - Take clients through the shopping process, record gift selections and drop client off at checkout station.Spots Full

Wrapping Elf - Wrap & package gifts for our client families in our busy wrapping room.4 spots available

Organizer Elf - Restock, organize, and neatly arrange the toys and clothing displays to maintain a full selection of choices for our clients.Spots Full

Babysitter Elf - Supervise children, follow the sign-in and sign-out protocol, and ensure all children have a joyful experience while their parents shop.Spots Full

Sleigh Elf - Assist clients with their full load of gifts from the wrapping station all the way to their cars, using our carts (sleighs) as needed.Spots Full

Translator Elf: Spanish - Provide on-demand translation for communication needs in an assigned zone, staying mobile and visible to our clients and volunteers.Spots Full
