2026 All-District Music Festivals

Beyond the job descriptions below. You will receive an email with additional instructions the week of the event including the information of our volunteer coordinator for the day.

 

Selling Merchandise, Booster Promotion, and Patron Assistance - A cash box with change will be provided. Merchandise is stored in the band storage room. A list of items and prices will be provided. Items will need to be set up on the table for display. Any products not sold at the end of the event can be returned to the music office. The cash box can be handed over to Mr. West or a Fine Arts Booster Officer. There will also be additional information and handouts available at the table for parents and guardians about the Fine Arts Boosters.

 

These volunteers will also greet patrons as they enter, answer questions, and guide them to scan the QR Code for the program. A table and booster sign will also be provided. These volunteers should be set up an hour before the concert in the theater lobby. They should stay outside for the the first 10-15 minutes of the performance for late arrivals. They are welcome to watch the remainder of the concert, and come back to the table as patrons exit.

 

Raffle Ticket Sellers - Sellers will be posted either in the gym or in the lobby. Raffle tickets and change will provided. Volunteers selling tickets should be comfortable with approaching audience members and asking them to participate in the raffle. Raffle sales will start an hour before the concert and continue through the concert before the last piece.
