Solicitation & Donation Follow Up - Contact Needed

Hello!!  Below is a list of business who have all been mailed a solicitation letter which explains our Dinner Auction and Dance and also asks if the business or person would like to donate.  The letter lists several options for monetary donations, and we will gladly accept in kind donations.  All of the businesses or people have donated last year, and we need your help to follow up this year to find out if they would like to donate again.  There is NO cold calling and every business and person on the list should have already received the solicitation letter in the mail.  They were mailed out January 5.  This can be a quick phone call or if you are out and about you can stop in a business.  An in-person contact is typically more effective than a phone call.

All follow ups need to be completed before February 1st.
