We need your help! On Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, we will come together at Jackson Revival Center for our annual Holiday Food Giveaway, an outdoor, drive-through event designed to serve hundreds of families in need. Volunteers will help load pre-packed boxes of canned goods and non-perishable items in vehicles, bag and distribute fresh sweet potatoes, hand out meat, and assist with parking cars and maintaining traffic flow throughout the campus. The event is organized into two lanes that merge into one, allowing vehicles to make only two quick stops before exiting. Your role is essential in keeping the flow smooth, safe, and efficient while showing the love of Christ through generosity and service. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) is required. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.

Box Distribution - 8 Stations (40 volunteers) Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) is required. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.

Parking & Traffic Attendants (10 volunteers) - Help manage the flow of vehicles throughout the giveaway to ensure safety and efficiency.

Sweet Potatoes Distribution - 2 Stations (10 volunteers)

Meat Distribution - 4 Stations (28 volunteers) Some lifting (up to 20lbs). Closed-toe shoes are recommended

Setup & Clean-Up Crew

Assisting with table, tent, and station setup before the giveaway begins. Unloading and organizing supplies, signage, and materials. Helping rearrange items as needed during the giveaway. Cleaning up, breaking down stations, and returning materials back to the Food Outreach Center. Ensuring the site is left clean and orderly. Team-oriented and willing to jump in where needed.

Guest Box Distribution - 2 Stations (10 volunteers) Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) is required. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
