This clinic is for healthy pets who just need the basics—vaccines, dewormer, and a microchip. No vet exams or emergency care offered.

Instructions

For each pet you wish to sign-up, click the '+sign-up' button next to the time-slot (For example, if you have 3 pets to register, select each +sign-up slots before proceeding). After selecting all the slots you need, then hit the button '+Review & Confirm Sign-ups' and complete the form. You will only need to complete the form ONE time, but be sure to enter all of the information, for all of your pets into the form.

Pets4Life Vaccine Clinic
This clinic is designed for healthy dogs and cats who only need basic preventative care—vaccines, dewormer, and microchip services. These clinics are a simple, low-cost way to help keep your pet protected and up to date.

🐾 Recommended for: Pets who are already spayed/neutered who just need updated vaccines and/or a microchip.
💉 Services Offered: Core vaccines, dewormers, and microchips
🐾 Additional Services: Nail trims and flea medicine may be available, depending on resources
💵 Cost: $20 per pet (cash only), paid at arrival

Important Notes:

If your pet has not been spayed or neutered, we recommend our Complete Fix Program for free or lower-cost options.
If your pet has visible skin, eye, or ear issues—and/or needs a vet exam—please sign up for our Vet Wellness Clinic instead.
This clinic is not for pets with medical issues. We do not provide emergency care, treat serious illnesses, or offer diagnostic services.
