Women's Basketball vs. Utah (WBIT)

What you'll be doing: Your time and energy are crucial! We'll be working together to serve food, take orders, and keep the line moving. It's a fun and fast-paced way to help out and meet other band families.

Where to report: Entrance: Please use the loading dock entrance — not the front doors. It's the driveway on the right side of the building, look for the double doors.  Check-in is mandatory. This game is being run by the NCAA (not EKU), so everyone working must be checked in upon arrival — no exceptions.

What to wear: EKU shirts are encouraged! If you don't have one, your show shirt is acceptable. 

Why it matters: All funds raised from our efforts stand go directly to supporting the marching band program. Your volunteer hours help pay for essential equipment, travel, and competition fees, directly benefiting every single student in the band.

When will we be done: The end time is approximate. Basketball concessions are simpler than football. Men's games only operate two stations. One closes after halftime and the main concession stand stays open until the 4th quarter. Women's games only operate the main concession stand. If you have a hard stop, please let Garett or another lead know asap. If possible, we can place you at station that will leave earlier.
