Service Beyond the Walls: Celebrating Pastor Theo Johnson Day
Join us for a powerful day of service and community give-back as we celebrate Pastor Theo Johnson's Day. This special day is dedicated to uplifting all age groups in the West Perrine community through love, service, and generosity.
We appreciate your support in advance and are looking forward to an amazing day of service.
This form is specifically for ministries/organization that will be sponsoring a tent. This includes the following:

This form is specifically for ministries/organization that will be sponsoring a tent. This includes the following:
- Setting up the tent that day of the event at 10 AM
- Manning the tent for the duration of the event (12-3 PM)
- Providing a tent/tables for your station
- Plan to serve at least 50-100 people
