Join Pets4Life Louisville for our monthly Pets4Life CARE Clinics, providing affordable access to minor medical and preventive veterinary care for pets who might otherwise go without treatment.

These clinics focus on common, treatable issues that can quickly become serious if left unaddressed, including:
👂 Ear infections and irritation
👁️ Eye issues and minor injuries
🐕 Skin conditions, itching, and allergies
💊 Minor illnesses and preventive care needs
📋 Follow-up care and referrals when additional treatment is needed

By addressing small problems early, we can help prevent unnecessary suffering, emergency veterinary visits, and even pet surrender due to untreated medical issues.

Volunteers Needed:
🩺 Veterinary Technicians & Veterinary Assistants
Assist the veterinarian with examinations and treatments
Help with patient intake, weighing pets, and obtaining medical histories
Prepare supplies and medications
Support clinic flow and client education

📋 Check-In / Check-Out Volunteers
Welcome families and help create a positive experience
Assist with paperwork and registration
Help explain services, fees, and follow-up instructions
Support scheduling of additional services and referrals

🐾 Clinic Support Volunteers
Escort clients and pets through the clinic
Help maintain an organized and calm environment
Assist with cleaning, restocking supplies, and clinic setup/breakdown

This is hands-on work with an immediate impact on pets and families in our community. Together, we're helping remove barriers to veterinary care and making sure families have the support they need to keep their pets healthy and home where they belong. 💙
