2025 Winter Spectacular

Volunteers Needed: Intermission Servers, Dinner Servers, Ticket Sellers, Coat Check

Ticket Sellers - These volunteers will sell any remaining tickets for patrons at the door. This will be through our online ticketing system. Card readers, an iPad/laptop, and a cash box will be provided. We typically sell out most shows in advance. So remaining tickets will be few on the day of. 

 

Food Pantry Donation Table - These volunteers will collect donations for our local food pantry. We will have boxes to collect these items. Someone else will take the boxes at the end of the evening to bring to the food pantry.

 

Coat Check - These volunteers will arrive early and take coats for any patrons that wish to pay for a coat check. We will have coat racks and a numbering ticket system ready for this volunteer. We will have a cash box for this person as well. This volunteer is needed before, through, and after the show to check in and check out coats. This person will have a seat reserved to watch the most of the show. You will be able to watch the show 15 minutes after the start of the show, and you will need to leave before the last song to come back to the coat check.

 

Dinner Servers - The sevolunteers will help serve pizza to the students between the two shows on Saturday. The pizza will be devilered around 4 PM. All fine arts students will eat in the commons.
