2024 South High Marathon Dance ~ Volunteer Sign-Ups

Welcome to the sign-up list for SHMD 2024 volunteers. Your time and service to the dance is very much appreciated as it takes the entire community working together to make this event a success every year!

Please sign-up for the time slots below for the particular activity that interests you.  If you have questions about the specifics of a volunteer duty, please contact the following people:

  • Costume Parties ~ Lori Lopez-Hammond (lopezhammondl@sgfcsd.org)

  • Cafeteria* ~ Carrie Duell (duellca@sgfcsd.org)
*Please note that certain duties will require a background check.  If you sign up for one of these duties, please see the information below:

All SHMD staff (volunteers and current SGFCSD employees) must register through the system at the link below to receive a SHMD ID Badge, as well as if they are serving in a role which requires a background check. Deadline to register is Wednesday, February 28, 2024.  

This includes:
  • Any SHMD staff who will be in the building when it is not open to the public (ex: overnight).
  • Any SHMD staff who will need to access areas of the building which are not open to the public.  The only areas considered open to the public are the gyms and gym lobby areas, during the specified times.
  •  Anyone who is acting as a representative and collecting items/donations on behalf of SHMD.  
Current SGFCSD employees will not undergo a background check but will still register through this system to receive a SHMD ID badge.

NOTE:  When registering, item #3 will require "School Selection".  Current SGFCSD employees should select that option.  Non-SGFCSD staff should select the Volunteer option.
