WestFest celebrates the culmination of a summer well spent, as well as the beginning of an exciting new school year!

Thank you for volunteering and helping make WestFest a success! Select your preferred date to see the available volunteer slots below.

WestFest is about community. It is an event run purely by parish and school volunteers. It embodies everything that our community is all about. We show our children what can be accomplished by working together. Without the sheer dedication and hard work of parishioners, parents, children, friends and family, there can be no WestFest!

We welcome high school students who attended HRS to volunteer. Your contact will be Beth Martin to get your hours approved. High school students may sign up in any open slot for rides or games.

Booth Runner: First volunteer will sweep inside and outside sales booths to collect cash, all food booths for order ledgers, and all ride booths once an hour and deliver to Cash Room Manager. Will also help with flexing sales booth volunteers between inside/outside booths. Second volunteer will sweep two sales booths + beer tent for Clover (credit card order) monitoring, check battery levels, help with connectivity problems, and sweep to ensure wi-fi repeaters are working.
