Snax Sax Ministry (Please expand this section to see all important information.)
Snax Sax ministry was brought to OLA by two young ladies who want to help their neighbors and provide a meaningful service opportunity for the youth of OLA.
It is a local ministry that partners with local elementary schools whose staff identify at-risk children who may not have sufficient food outside of school hours. Each week during the school year, volunteers pack decorated brown bags with nutritious food that are delivered to the partners schools for children to take home over the weekend.
Approved as service hours for OLA Confirmation, Marist, and St. Pius.
