Thank you for volunteering for the 2025 Holy Rosary Tree Lot!

**Please read this message in its entirety**
 
We will send out a shift reminder a few days before your shift. If a conflict arises and you cannot make your scheduled shift, please do your best to find a replacement and update the signup. 
 
During your shift, please stay until your replacement shift arrives. You may be staying a few minutes past your scheduled shift (arriving on-time or early will help prevent this). Retail shift duties include, but are not limited to moving/lifting trees, tying trees to cars, using an electric saw and unpacking/stocking trees. And please sign-in at the cashier's station when you arrive.
 
Make sure to dress appropriately, including warm and rainproof gear. This is one of HRS' most important fundraisers, so please spread the word to others to volunteer. In addition, we have added slots for high school volunteers - 2 per shift, retail only.
 
We also ask that children should stay at home or have another HRS family watch them during your shift (they would get volunteer hours too!). Children absolutely should not be playing in the gym or using any of the equipment from the CYO office.
